1. Patient Consultations

All new patients will be taken through a consultation, including a detailed medical history. This enables the clinic to assess your suitability for treatment. All patient data is strictly confidential.

2. Consultation and Treatment Fees

All consultations and appointments made with Dr Nicole Burge or Nurse Hannah Flores require a £45 non-refundable deposit. This fee can be redeemed towards treatments agreed at this appointment. Appointments can only be changed once on the same booking fee. If you wish to move your appointment a second time, then a new booking fee will be charged.

All treatment costs will be clearly quoted, discussed and agreed prior to a treatment being carried out.

Whilst we undertake to provide an excellent service, factual, honest and ethical advice and administering safe expert treatments in experienced hands with only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and do not offer refunds if results fail to meet your expectations.

3. Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE that due to our high demand of advanced booking requirements we have to enforce a strict cancellation/rescheduling policy which applies to everyone under any circumstances. This means we request that you must amend your booking on the system or contact us at least 48hrs before your appointment.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the date & time of the appointment booked or “No shows” (absence without cancellation) on the day of the booking incur a £45 charge for any reason.

Appointment Timings & Agreement

Please arrive for your appointment comfortably on time for the appointment as late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling of your appointment.

The deposit payment is a booking fee in exchange for an allocated and reserved time slot of your choice, otherwise known as a ‘service’. By personally registering your details and reserving a time allocation you are committed to that. Should circumstances change and a client is no longer able to attend a booking, full liability rests with the client and the booking payment is forfeited to Brookfield Clinic.

Clients agree to not publish or discuss any negative content in relation to Brookfield Clinic on the internet via social media or other. Failure to comply with this will result in court proceedings.

4. Refusal of Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse treatment at the clinic’s discretion.

5. Age Policy

We do not treat patients under 18 years of age.

Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
